GOAL

A new client, working in the Real Estate sector, required our services at Outsorcery Creative. This project took place during COVID and required digital-only particulars.

With supplied imagery from the client, I was free to work on giving each building a brand identity for each of the particulars, with colourways and logo design.

The final set of particulars were created after the COVID restrictions, so we were able to produce these in a print format.

DELIVERABLES

To supply digital formats of all particulars to use as high resolution screen format.

Print format for 3rd particulars only in 4pp Landscape with crop marks and 3mm bleed.
